HIT are thrilled to be coming to Hertford for 10 weeks this Autumn Term. We will be delivering an inclusive drama project for adults in collaboration with Mudlarks and supported by East Herts Council.
Through our partnership with Mudlarks, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, HIT has identified a need in East Herts to address issues arising regarding the impacts of Covid on the mental health of the Learning Disabled community. By utilising community spaces such as Sele Farm Community Centre, we intend to address the mental health and wellbeing of those who have been isolated, often finding themselves excluded from the cultural activity.
At the heart of our approach is the creation of a safe environment that is fully inclusive and supports positive well-being through our creative activities.
We can’t wait to get started!
